This course not only changed me physically but also mentally and spiritually which matters much more than just mere physical appearance. I found the path towards inner peace through this course. The sessions conducted by Dr Jagadish are so intense yet so simply explained by sir. The meditation specially the Trataka and the Om meditation are the major takeover from this course.

Umesh sir is so very kind in explaining the vast topic of Vedic literature including the prayers that you will want to continue listening.

A truly humble approach towards the course is what makes it different.

A big thank you to Manoj sir for the asanas and Vijaya ma’am for the kriyas.

Even the coordination by Krutika ma’am is brilliant as she was available round the clock for every little queries that we had.

I am blessed to be part of this course. I enjoyed learning Yoga with my lovely participants and respected Teachers, Jagdish sir, Umesh sir, Manoj sir , Vijaya mam, krutika mam and all guest lecturers. This course will give you theory knowledge, yogaasana practicals and assignments.

I feel like a changed person; or rather an imroved one after the completion of this course that spans over four months. These were four months imbibed with knowledge, learning and an overall amazing experience. Ahhh well, No words to describe the YIC course n the dedication of the entire team.

When I joined, intention was just to pass the YIC for post graduation course from SVYASA but today after completion I feel to stay always connected with Dr. Jagdishji, Umeshji, Manojji, Vijaya Mam, Rajani Mam & the entire staff rather than going anywhere else as these people themselves are like an occean from where am getting pearls of wisdom. It’s like a Brahmand for me.

So although I had already done a course in Yoga Therapy 2 years ago, I still joined for the Advance Diploma in Yoga Therapy with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Kendra,& believe me bot these courses are different from all other institutes as I had been running around to so msny places to gain the right knowledge which ended here.

YIC staff is Radiant, co-operative, understanding, with complete knowledge & ready to clear your doubts with full patience & available most of the times.

Both Theory & Practicals well explained, no tensions for exams, viva, practical etc…all very cool.

This course is a beautiful journey inward.It was a full course with theory, practicals, an all encompassing walk through Indian culture,covering various aspects of Yoga. The dedication,sincerity, concern and personal attention displayed by Dr. Jagdish Naik, Umesh Sir, Manoj Sir, Vijaya Madam and Krutika Madam, who helped us stay on track with the assignments and project was indeed amazing and exemplary.
