I have been practicing yoga and teaching. One of the biggest challenges I face as an Yoga teacher is when students come to me with various health issues. Keeping this in mind I wanted to enroll for a yoga therapy course which can upgrade my knowledge and skill and teach my students. I’m grateful to receive knowledge from Dr. Manjunath sir who is an expert and can clarify any doubts we have related to yoga. A thorough knowledge about yoga anatomy is a must for yoga teacher to avoid injuries Dr. Manjunath sir’s detailed explanation on anatomy helped into a greater extent to apply. I would like to thank Vivekananda Yoga Kendra for wonderful session.

I learnt alot about the anatomy of human body and the influence of yoga on our body , sir explained alot about the anatomy and meditation and how yoga is helpful in achieving good health, I learnt alot from from the classes,sir explained concepts in detail and clarified my doubts with patience, I am thankful that I got this chance to share my experience.Thank you sir.

I have attended Yoga Therapist Teacher Training course under Manjunath ji . I was surprised to see such ocean of knowledge in Sanskrit sutras and yogic philosophies. It is indeed a pleasure to be studying under such esteemed teachers and institutions and I am glad that I have recieved this knowledge online.This is a blessing for home bound people.

The lecture series of five sessions by Dr Manjunath on the topic of Understanding chakras we’re simply enlightening. There are no words to describe the tremendous knowledge gain with insights to Upanishads, vedas, Bhagavadgita and the Anatomy of the body, Medical Science. We are all trying to assimilate and absorb the teachings. We enjoyed all the sessions and we are indeed grateful to have got this opportunity. Seamless experience.

Both Vijayaji and Jagdishji were very patient in responding to every individual query. They both are knowledgeable and experienced.

The practice helped me immensely as I was able to complete the detox without any problems. And I feel energetic and lighter. Also, my face has cleared up.

Also, they are available over phone to provide further assistance which is very helpful.

I performed Shankhaprakshalan Kriya on Sunday, 31st July 2022, organised by Dr Jagdish Naik Sir of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Centre. Initially I was concerned that how will it be conducted Online but when it started, the way Mam explained everything in detail, it was very helpful to understand and conduct the process. Even every doubt was clarified and each query was answered satisfactorily. Even the post care tips were very helpful. The process was organized and conducted smoothly and very professionally. The results were amazing. I am glad that I could make it. Thank you to the entire team for all their efforts and support.
