The two session of meditation by Krutika was wonderful her voice was so.distinct and clear very effective ….she has made it so.simple that a lay man also can understand what meditation is ….and has explained it so well …and she has cleared our doubts so effectively that without any second thought we listen and follow her instructions …complete surrender …lovely sessions looking forward for more sessions
