I performed Shankhaprakshalan Kriya on Sunday, 31st July 2022, organised by Dr Jagdish Naik Sir of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Centre. Initially I was concerned that how will it be conducted Online but when it started, the way Mam explained everything in detail, it was very helpful to understand and conduct the process. Even every doubt was clarified and each query was answered satisfactorily. Even the post care tips were very helpful. The process was organized and conducted smoothly and very professionally. The results were amazing. I am glad that I could make it. Thank you to the entire team for all their efforts and support.
