The shankhaprakshalan kriya was held on 31st July by the esteemed teachers of Swami Vivekananda Kendra (vashi) online. Though it was online but it didn’t feel that we were far away from th teacher’s guidance. Each and every student was well instructed, directed and explained throughout the kriya session. I would advise every one should try this detoxification program organised by Swami Vivekananda Kendra.
