Hello Mam/ Guruji! I am grateful for most of the things. I have been practising gratitude since 2021. Earlier, I used to recite every day. Now, I don’t because meditation compensates for my mindful activities. I wrote yesterday, and I expressed my mind. The fight is between me and my consciousness. My mental should be so strong that I should not be impacted by external factors. I avoid criticism in general, and I think I should take it to zero in this regard. The journal is the cherry on the top but is kept secretly as it opens the mind. I don’t want to think about the past. I want to think about the present and manifest the future with thank you rather than asking for a better life. Thank you for whatever I have and whatever I am going to get from the almighty. Sharing the journal with the public is not a wise choice. Please guide me anywhere I am missing tricks in writing the journal.
