It is very new for me hence took first 7 days to understand. I am now focusing on my breath, helping me to come out negative thoughts and feel my mind refreshing throughout the day.

I’ve recently done a yoga TTC course with SVYK and was seeking to be initiated into yoga as a philosophy. This course provided me exactly that plus more. The course covered types of yogas, what various seers and rishi’s say about yoga and it’s path. We were also taught about kriyas, bandhas, mudras and of course asanas with a focus on how to further teach these. It has been extremely helpful both while practicing and teaching yoga. Thank you!!
