    I joined the TTC course in April 2024 batch from the SVYK Institute. This experience was one of the best I had in my life. It was definitely the best yoga experience. Jagdish sir and Manoj sir teach us yoga in depth. The knowledge I’ve gained these days I’ll treasure for life. For the first time, I have come to know what Yam and Niyam are, what Ashta Karma is, and how to follow them in my life. I have also come to know that yoga is not just Aasana; it is only part of this vast topic.
    Jagdish sir has a very helpful nature; most of the time I asked him my question about a topic not in the syllabus, but he was always ready to help and solve any type of question. I am very thankful to him. Thank you, Jagdish sir and Manoj sir; this is really a life-changing experience for me.

    Words fall short to describe Dr. Satish Pathak Sir, an MBBS doctor, we are very fortunate to learn the Yoga Therapy part form him.
    Overall, the course was awesome. The coordinator Kritika Madam also very cooperative and I feel blessed to be part of this course.
