For last few months it was dropped down. Now it remains stable and due to this my creatinine levels has lower down. Did pranayam on Saturday & Sunday, both morning & evening.
I didn’t feel I was doing it for 20 min. It was so energizing. Could do without using my finger which needed great concentration. Enjoyed it.

Hari Om Sir. Felt relieved that I could do both aanthari and bhahari kumbak without using hands. The concentration had to be double when doing pranayam without using hands. It was very relaxing post pranayam.
