    Hari Om Sir. Today the meditation session was filled with vibrant energy. I could merge with the chanting and at some stage felt totally lost. The most I enjoyed was the reaction of the chanting on my physical being. Your voice and instructions brought tears to my eyes.

    Nice medidation followed with lots of energy flow . Visualised a divine figure near anahata during ukara chanting and a white dot near agna Chakra during makara chanting.

    Hari Om.
    I was more successful in pushing out other thoughts today. I have a long way to go though.
    I also felt light towards the end of the aum chanting. Almost felt as if I would fall down. Is that ok?
    And I also found that I need to sit for a few minutes after the meditation session is over before jumping into the day’s routine, to give time to my body to come back to the day’s reality.

    Hari Om Sir. Yesterday and today I could feel a nice fragrance while chanting. It was there only for a short time may be two minutes.
    I could feel the vibration while chanting. Monday I couldn’t attend the session as I had appointment with Dr and was feeling very tired from noon. Tuesday felt tired after 7.30 pm. Yesterday no tiredness. Thank you for healing me

    I have been associated with SVYK and meditation conducted by Dr Jagdishji for the past three years plus. The meditation session has really brought about lots of transformation in me in terms of good health, balance approach to solving problems and lots of peace of mind. The various techniques of meditation taught lucidly by Dr Jagdish and his team have helped me to dwelve in silence, feel the prana and connect with the higher self.
