I was in a better position to visualise the walk to the mountain top much more lucidly. At the top, i saw the light from the forehead went out towards the setting sun and then came back to me after completing the round of the planet. At this point of time, I couldn’t pay attention to your further instructions. During the meditation, pain in my left eye was triggered for a while.

Namaskaram Sir – It was a very good experience. As I was focussing on each chakra I could clearly sense prana / energy rising up through the chakras. Finally from agna to sahasrara chakra it was beautiful experience as if like the energy was branching and rising up around the head like how a root of the tree spreads. While chanting shreem, I could feel my voice in an echo chamber

Had a wonderful experience walking up the mountain , feeling the coolness of the breeze trying to feel the chirping of birds and trying to close my senses from the outside noise….felt really gd and felt like being in silience could not see the beam of light but could feel.some light around me and was feeling light….. as if in trance ….day by day trying to move inward …..

Yesterday will walking towards the mountain I felt as if I was rushing the route was familiar so was moving very fast. I was sitting on a chair but I shifted nd sat on floor then felt more calm.I could feel the cool breeze nd later got lost in the aura of the light.

Yesterday’s meditation was very nice ….I could visualize the golden light …..but for certain distance then I didnt know where it disappeared try to locate it but could nt ….slowly started feeling very calm …didnt feel.like opening my eyes…was trying to.move deeper in silence….now also whenever I try to close my eyes I start feeling the silence …grt experience thanks

Sir yesterday meditation was nice the climbing on the mountain is enjoyed could visualize stream of rays coming out of my Gyan chakra and dissolve in surroundings. I felt heaviness near my agyan chakra but slowly slowly the heaviness disappear.
