Just finished with the wonderful workshop on Chakra Sadhana by Dr. Jagdish Naik and Krutika Ma’am. It was a journey of three weeks of connecting to our inner soul with guided meditations and satsang. This course was very well conducted and very well structured. One week was given to the much required purification because without that the journey would not have been so smooth. Lots of changes have taken place in the course of these three weeks which has only made my life much easier. My thoughts are more in control and i have learnt to hold back before reacting to any situation.
The water charging that was done daily made me realise that it’s these simple techniques that have more healing qualities and blessings. It’s something we all can do on a daily basis which can help our family members to heal.
Dr. Jagdish Naik is so very compassionate about his work which reflects in the way he patiently explains and clears all our doubts.
Krutika ma’am takes us on a journey beyond, with her guided meditations and her pleasing personality.
This course is so very reasonable considering the days and the efforts the team puts in. Anyone wishing to join Chakra Sadhana may please go ahead and do so. You will not regret it. I am feeling like this was not a journey about Chakra meditation but it’s a journey towards my own self realisation. Every session brings me close to me & my own self.
Started the session from the introduction about each chakra. Slowly learn to purify it. I felt a vibration, warmth & like all emotions are drained out of me & my life. It made me feel like crying, smiling. I felt divine is protecting me, divine energy is giving me a smile & happiness. Till now what I know about myself was actually not actual me. I have been realised my true human nature & understood being human is the best way to reach an actual goal. Just surrender to that almighty, not to worry about anything. I felt like that divine with in me. If he is in me so it’s my duty to become a good human first.

Yesterday session was good . I felt more calmness. And felt that something was absorbing in the earth. Whole body I got that experience but head was slight heavy. Last when the experience was taken from sadhak I felt irritated ,want to be in silence. I was relaxed at night but can’t able to sleep deeply and felt heaviness between eyebrows centre. Once again thank you for guiding ud on beautiful path.

Yesterday it was a very good session. I was just lost , became calm and stress free. At the beginning of the meditation my head was becoming heavier. But slowly I started feeling relaxed. Namaste. I might have dosed off half way through the relaxation. Then I became aware of instruction to visualise grass. After that I don’t remember much as I probably dosed off again. Suddenly awareness returned as I could hear the sound of the wind blowing fiercely and beginning of rain. At that time I was fully aware of my body, I could feel my heart beat rapidly. This was a few minutes before we were asked to return.

आदरणीय जगदीश सर और कृतिका मेडम,
चक्र मेडीटेशनके पहले दिन सिटीग पोजीसन में हलके जर्क महसूस हुए।मेरा पुरा शरीर हल्का हो गया।मन पर से तनाव दुर हो गया। फिर भी मनमे ऐसा महसूस हो रहा था कि BBM work shop के बाद जो भी बची हुई नकारात्मक उर्जा शरीर से दुर हो रही है। आपने मन को जो भी आदेश दिया वो सभी महसूस किया। जैसे नीले घासमे लेटना, ठंडी हवा का अनुभव करना, अंतर्मन में शांति का अनुभव।
कल सुबह में मेडीटेशन में लेटा था और मन को आज्ञा चक्र पर केन्द्रित किया और ॐ कार का उच्चारण पूर्ण होते ही तेजस्वी प्रकाश से आज्ञा चक्र के आसपास उजाला देखके मन आनंदित हो उठा।अब हर क्षण ऐसा लगता है जैसे युनिवर्स से उर्जा मिल रही है। Thank you sir, Thank you Mam.
