I found this institute while searching for best yoga schools on YouTube and there was a documentary on Yoga which was shot in the campus of S Vyasa. The Yoga Instructor’s Course was a wonderful experience. The last 4 months have taught me a great many things about the eternal Truth, and ways to experience a dimension totally different from the logical mind’s perceived reality.
I want to take this time to thank all the faculties of S Vyasa who have given us an insight of life. Dr. Jagdish Naik, Sir Umesh Lalit, Sir Manoj Mehta, Vijaya ma’am, and Krutika Ma’am have given us a platform to understand Yoga and all it’s fundamental aspects.
